We Know We Are Doing the Right Thing for Our Child

My husband and I were really lucky in that he had a great job that allowed me the luxury of staying home with our baby for his first years of life. But it soon became apparent that my husband would be laid off. He began looking for a new job immediately, but was having no luck. This meant that I needed to work immediately. I knew that I could find a job quite quickly. This also meant that we would need to put our son into daycare, so I went to the official site for a well known daycare in our area that I had heard about to learn more.

We had always hoped that I would be the only one who would need to care for our child until he reached the age of 5 and could start attending the elementary school near us. We wanted to make sure that we gave him all the basic education in life that we think would be best for him. So, that is what I spent my time doing. I even started teaching him how to read. I take him on field trips that I learn how to do from home schooling sites. I do all sorts of activities with him.

Friends told me that I should not worry so much about putting my son in the care of someone else, especially since they are happy with the business where they take their children. My husband and I briefly talked about him caring for his son while I went to work, but then that would take away from the much-needed time he needed to look for a new job. Finding a new job in his field would take at least 8 hours per day to send out resumes and fill out applications. So, I went to the business in question after looking at their website, and I am pretty happy with what I have learned about them.
