Almost Ready for New Year’s Eve

Of course my boss is still a pretty young man. He was born rich and he is pretty smart too. He works hard, but he likes to have a good time when he is not behind the desk at the office. He put me in charge of working out the details for the New Year’s Party and gave me a really big budget. After I did a lot of research I showed him this article about limo buses in Toronto and asked him what he thought about getting one. Of course all of the people who work here are valuable and the last thing that you want is to take them to a company sponsored party and have them drive home after they have been drinking heavily. Obviously the party is going to be at a really nice hotel in Richmond Hill and we are going to arrange for the rental of a lot of rooms, but people have kids and you are not going to find many babysitters who want to spend the night over on New Year’s eve. So the big thing is to make sure that all of the employees are safely sent home, without making a stop in the city drunk tank. We are thinking about how is the best way to do it. It seems that the easiest thing would be to hire people to drive for us. We already have three car pool vans. That is not enough, but obviously you can rent cars or use your own car if you hire drivers. The easiest thing would be to hire people to drive their own cars, that would eliminate all of the complications. Of course the boss liked the party bus, since we could have a party going home after we were done with the party.
