A Workout Designed to Be Tough

I joined the local gym because I wanted to get in even better shape. I was not overweight, but I also wasn’t toned. Working out at the gym helped me some, but I was not pleased with the slow progress. The gym had state of the art equipment, but there was no direction really. No personal trainers were on site to help those of us who were not getting to where we wanted to be. Another guy at the gym told me about a Body Beast review that he had read, and he thought I might be interested in it after hearing me complain about my lack of progress.

I asked him if he was doing it, and he was up front about it being too hard for him to stick with it. That actually made me smile, because that is the kind of program that sounded right up my alley. I needed something that was going to push me not only to my limits but past them as well. I was not worried about it being too tough, but I did want to make sure that it was going to be effective.

I had already put myself through some pretty rigorous workouts at the gym, and like I said, there was still very little progress. I just was not targeting the right areas though, which I found out once I went home and researched more bout Body Beast. I liked that I would be able to get the look and feel that I wanted just by putting in the hard work that a qualified trainer had put together, so I went ahead and signed up for it. That was not a bad choice at all, because I look completely different now. The best part is that I feel much better now too!
